Does anyone here juice on a regular basis? Any tips for beginners?
I recently acquired a juicer and started juicing fruits and vegetables daily. So far I love it. Currently l'm using about 6-8 different fruits and vegetables.
Do you have any advice for juicing in the most effective way? How do you get the most out of the fruit and veg and obtain the most nutrients? Any tips would be appreciated.
