What are remedies for tension headaches without eliminating the person who may have caused them?
I was always told to take a pain killer before the pain got out of hand, also make sure you are drinking enough water.
When I get those type of headaches, regardless of why or who caused it; I walk away. I go to my bedroom, shut the door and take a nap or at least have total quiet and be alone. Eventually the headaches goes away. I also will take an aleve it works great. That is my advice.
