What are the things that SHOULD MATTER to parents if they want their children to thrive
academically, intellectually, & subsequently socioeconomically?
Yes, all the above are good, indeed should create a more holistic being. Many saints, however, had none of these. They were less fortunate. Yet Kings and Queens used to seek their advice. So we see that the spiritual is important. Why?
We say that we are body and Soul, but we feed only the body. Soul-feeding is necessary for the inner development of man, and the mystical side needs to be fed, or else we ultimately produce brutes and evil men and women. Or those who have eyes but do not see; have hard Hearts and become dead following the dead.
