    An exercise called eye of the needle gives tremendous relief for lower back pain.

    Pull-ups (and/or chin-ups)! The most difficult of all body weight exercises, pull-ups are a great upper body developer while also enhancing core stability. The exercise of choice for U.S. Marines!
