    How do I use apple cider vinegar to reduce my blood pressure?

    My blood pressure is borderline. One of the suggestions to help reduce it is to take a spoonful of apple cider vinegar everyday. Is this true? Are their special ways to take it. Can I cook it in something to make it more appetizing?

    I think apple cider vinegar reduces your cholesterol; which could reduce your blood pressure.

    Myself, I drink apple cider vinegar in my wine, red wine. I think it gives red wine a nice tart kick. I enjoy it.

    But if you don't drink wine, then you can just do a teaspoon or table spoon in any other fruit juice, or water. My parents both drink it in fruit juice daily for cholesterol reduction.
