This is a tricky question. Information is stored in the subconscious by repetition, so if you want to learn something and want it to become second nature or mechanical to you do it over and over and over again.
There are some people that say that you can also access the subconscious through hypnosis, personally I don´t believe that is entirely truth, but you could look around and see if it fits your needs.
