    Name one thing that you love about yourself.

    Let's practice some mindfulness to help us with our "intentions" in 2017.  Cultivating a self-affirmation practice has been shown to increase one's ability to problem-solve, and to improve one's outlook on life and can even be good for your physical health.

    Stamina ... I can't say that I have a bad life, but it struck me several times ... every time I somehow managed to lift myself up smile
