They have always been this way, I believe it is social media and technology that allows it to be seen by more people.
It is a famous saying that lack of proper exercise our body loses its strength; same true for our mind; lack of proper exercise of mind it becomes crazy. So how can we do this mind-exercise? By doing meditation regularly we can get a calm and peaceful mind. A calm and peaceful mind hardly loses temper and gets angry.Every morning, just after waking up from the bed, we have to give few minutes for our mind-exercise; We have to do meditation.The process is very simple - just sit on the floor in a hygienic place, close your eyes and feel your breathing in a relaxed way. Do this for 10 mins daily.
The alternative to meditation is prayer. Do your prayer every morning. Pray for your good health, good karma and happiness to the superpower.
