What are great tips when it comes to losing weight?
The easy answer, of course, is to eat fewer calories than you burn, everyday.
It's not always that easy. Drink more water. Walk at least half an hour every day. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables. Reduce the amount of processed foods you eat.
Move more. Eat less. Just a little more today than yesterday. Try to improve a bit each day.
