You should drink some water and then eat something with starch in it. All night your body is sweating and losing water so that needs to be replaced. You are also burning up all the carbs you had before bed time. So it's important to replace that so your brain can start thinking again more quickly.

If you could save 1 thing in a fire at your house, What would it be?I think i'd save my laptop.....or maybe my comic book collection, I dont know I think i'd die in a fire, so many things i'd want to save...
