The only real way to lose weight is through a healthy diet and proper exercise.
Combined with diet and exercise it could be used as a tool to help you prevent overeating. However a large glass of water whenever you feel hungry and before meals will usually accomplish the same thing.
no, don't waste your money. Do it by exercise and eatting well. Those pills are harm ing people and some are being made to put warning labels on them. THe side effects are liv er and kidney damage. It's really not worth risking your health.
