    How do I swallow without choking to get my saliva down/eat/play sports with an expander on?

    Once in a while I try to swallow and I end up moving around like I'm crazy to try and swallow foods or my saliva with my expander on and when I play soccer im on the field a lot and my mouth gets so dry and I can't swallow so I'm on the field choking.
