Morning sickness is bad. how to cope up with this as nothing seems to work .
been consuming a lot of citrus stuff, ginger ale, crackers, and trying to keep away from medicinal treatment.
I used to suffer quite badly with morning sickness, although mine would occur mainly in the evenings rather than the morning.
I used to nibble on a ginger biscuit when I started to feel sick, which often helped.
Smelling a fresh cut lemon can also ease the feeling of sickness, you can also add fresh lemon slices to a cup of hot water to sip.
Try eating little and often and drinking plenty of fluids.
