   My kids are often overwhelmed especially in these pandemic times. We didn't have to deal with all this when we were kids hey, not only do they have all these stress triggers you have highlighted but also have to deal with fear( fear of getting sick and fear of making others sick). It is tougher times out there than the generation of old and caring for how kids' mental health has to become a priority. Thank you for this, it was much appreciated:)
