I watched a news report yesterday about exercises for the mind by doing various tasks. Puzzles, Chess, Checkers, moderate mathematical stuff...... Can anyone recommend a good strategy for keeping the mind free of cobwebs? I even heard there are some iphone apps for this?Thanks

some say they are spiritual. But I haven't heard any say they go to Mass, or church or anything.I'm tired of telling them about my beliefs, they look at me like I'm weird.It's like "giving pearls to swine" in the bible. they don't understand or appreciate and how dare they judge It...
