      Hi ashlinloa, you can't overcome mental stress. No one can.                                   Seriously, every person subjected to stress, mental or otherwise. The lesser animals are not an excemption.

      Hi Ashlinloa, I know sometimes it is so easy to give advice to someone about mental health, but I want to let you know that  Mental stress is a common problem, and there are several ways to overcome it and improve your mental health. Mindfulness meditation is one such practice that can help.
      
      Firstly, it's important to identify the source of your stress. Is it work-related, relationship-related, or something else? Once you've identified the source, try to find ways to address it directly. If you're unable to change the situation, try to change your perception of it.
      
      One effective technique to improve your mental health is mindfulness meditation. This practice involves focusing your attention on the present moment, without judgment. It can help you become more aware of your thoughts and feelings and develop a more accepting and compassionate attitude toward yourself.
      
      To get started with mindfulness meditation, find a quiet and comfortable place to sit. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Focus your attention on your breath, and notice the sensation of the air entering and leaving your body. If your mind starts to wander, gently bring your focus back to your breath.
      
      Try to practice mindfulness meditation for at least 10-15 minutes each day. You can gradually increase the time as you become more comfortable with the practice. Over time, you may find that you're better able to manage stress and feel more relaxed and centered.
      
      In addition to mindfulness meditation, it's also important to prioritize self-care. This includes getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and engaging in regular exercise. Try to make time for activities that you enjoy and that help you relax, such as reading a book, taking a bath, or spending time in nature.
      
      Remember that improving your mental health is a journey, and it takes time and effort. Be patient and kind to yourself, and don't be afraid to seek professional help if you're struggling.
