    Today is day 14 for me as a non smoker. I am so dam proud of me.  To be honest at the beginning I never thought it would happen.

    Well, now I am an expert at quitting smoking so time to run with the niche.

    Thanks to everyone here for all the encouragment

    In Alberta I was paying 10 bucks a pack.  When i quit I was smoking 2  packs a day.  Pretty much a no brainer, you do the math.

    I know i still have work ahead of me but i know the hardest part is over.

    Just wish i could have a beer  lol
