Stress is brought on by one's inability to remove their own limitations, which 99% has been applied to them by them.
Edit: I'm not stressed about anything.
If you are stressing out then that is something you have chosen to do.
Now there are stress factors and they can be both good and bad things. Weddings, deaths, finances, vacations, etc.
But you still have the ability to choose what will stress you out or what Won't.
My inability to achieve what I want to achieve. It's stupid and a waste of time, but I still do it.
