i have heard of many success stories of people saying that hypnosis has stopped their over- eating and led to them losing weight. has this happened to any of you?
I believe it may be more of a placebo effect. If you believe it works you might eat less. Not to undermine the technique , though. I have never tried it personally.
But what I have tried is telling myself I am not hungry anymore, which surprisingly works lol
I like what Ashley says! I do believe a lot is attitude and what you believe in.
Another point of view is that over-eating and being overweight is more than just being hungry. More often than not, there is some psychological issue that needs to be sorted out, whether though self-growth, therapy or even hypnosis.
My onion, give everything a try and have an open mind (besides drugs obviously!)
All the best!
