What's your motivation if any??

    I have struggled to maintain a good weight for the past years, I'm in the Marines so yeah age has kicked in I guess, or metabolism is way down now.  Anyways every time we have a weigh in or a fitness test I get on a diet or work out a lot more than usual but once I pass (barely sometimes) I slow down again, and now with a newborn and age kicking in a lot more it will become more difficult probably.

    What do you do to motivate yourself, or have you thrown the towel?

      I've thrown in the towel. But I am considering picking it back up. smile

    I lack the exercise motivation in recent years.  However, I do use chia seeds.  They can be consumed in most any way.  They definitely take away that bloated feeling and do give you a margin of energy.  I did a hub on it.  I use it because it's all natural.  If it was among the main diets of the ancient Aztecs and Mayans than it's good enough for me.  I don't go for modern pills and supplements.
