One aspect is that it "Never" helps. Do you believe this to be true, or have you found otherwise?
No worry does not help but neither does hiding your head in the sand. Action is the only thing that will make it possible to put worry aside.
If you ignore it it doesn't go away. What life hands us must be faced and dealt with if we wish to move forward.
