Positive Mental Attitude (not pms) lol
I'm in a good mood , just being on here idk
but i've got a car window that's been broken for many months (just wont stay up) and been using duct tape for months, now it (the tape)doesn't work esp in the heat it just keeps coming off,so my car was flooded (the passenger seat where the window is not working [I'm so tired of putting plastic bags on in the rain] Anyhow. and I am hopefully getting a newer used car but i actually like mine, just need a 'fix'
I've been practicing pma -positive mental attitude lately and it works for me alot of the time
oh happy day
so I wanted to ask if you have any ways/things to share about how you keep a pma
also i'm reading 'battlefield of the mind' which is huge i'll tell ya.
happy day!! they say that no matter what's going on in your life, because there's always sh*t to deal with, if you keep positive you can be happy regardless.
