I've had many of those "Dreaming that if I do not wake up I will die" and sometimes I do feel really scared. Once or twice I had decided to try not to wake up, but in the dream I had started to feel really strange, and had to force myself to wake up. Could it be some kind of physiological problem, or just a recurring nightmare?
