I have used gummy vitamins during all of my pregnancies. My OB/GYN said they're fine if you're already fairly healthy. He did say to take twice as many as the package said, though. I brought it in and showed him, so you might want to show your doctor before making that decision on your own.
Yes, as long as your aren't anemic. Gummy's don't have any iron in them. I used them during my last pregnancy and I had a healthy little boy.
