1 box spice cake mix ( add egg or eggs) add 1/4 cup veg oil
1/2 can seasoned pumpkin ( nutmeg/cinnamon/or pump spices) add spices to the whole can
reduce liquid required for box mix
mix ingredients together
pam spay a 4 sided cookie pan..you will pour mixture into this pan
remove from oven and cool ( cover with foil )
heavy whipping cream
add the rest of the canned pumpkin
This will be frosting consistency..
remove cake from sheet ( just turn upside down)
spread frosting over whole sheet..and roll up..wrap in foil as put in freezer for about 30- 45 minutes...
remove from freezer..unwrap and slice the roll about 2-3 inches thick
