I think of Halloween cards as something a grandparent or Godparent sends a young child. My children have received those and I will certain send them when I am a grandparent (if I live away).
Otherwise, it just seem like a silly "Hallmark Holiday".
Absolutely! I love, love, love Halloween! I have a few little Halloween decorations up in my home at all times. My wedding was the day before and we decorated the ceremony and reception with Jack o'lanterns (ever seen a pumpkin with a Star of David carved into it? It's a thing of beauty), Halloween-themed candle holders (not cheap ones...collectibles) and had candy everywhere. It was fantastic. I think it is so much fun to really get into a carefree holiday like Halloween!
Yes..I suppose there are many people who buy Halloween cards. Halloween is the 2nd most commercially successful holiday, with Christmas being the first.

More and more people are sending greetings online via email or using electronic cards or social media pages or even mobile phones. Have you stopped sending cards the old fashioned way?
