   I love just the spirit of Christmas, and all that goes with it.  I mean, the time with friends and or family, the fun happy times and celebrations and the quiet moments that help me to appreciate what the season is really all about.

   My favourite thing about Christmas ?  I would say right from early morning on Christmas Eve when i start preparing for Christmas Day...making mince pies etc,then later in the evening taking all 6 of my grandchildren to Church for the Christingle service..Christmas Day, cooking Lunch for whichever part of my extensive family will be gracing us with their presnce,,,,Boxing Day,my hubbys  Birthday when all the family plus friends,usually about 25 descend upon me for lunch,tea and whatever comes later....All in all a very busy time for me,BUT to answer the question...
   
   What is my favourite thing about Christmas ? i would say just about everything !!!

   It's the bright lights, the merriment, watching people put up their trees, buying a few gifts, hoping it will snow, and a brief respite from the drudgery of the day-to-day. Also, listening to CHRISTMAS songs is uplifting.

   Well first in for most family, and how excited I am to see how excited my children will be. Second the food and the baking! And the decorations, OK love it all!

   Second would be gifts
   and third and final would be meeting family and friends who are always busy

   I like a long holiday in Christmas season and together with the new year party. dinner party with lucky draw of many Christmas gift as well. cheers

   I love to look at the beautiful lights, dress up and go out to eat even though I don't celebrate Christmas.

   I think the favorite thing about Christmas for me is going home to spend time with my parents. I don't get to see them very often throughout the year as we live in different states. So it's great to get to go home for the holiday season.
