Yes, the economy is as bad as never before. And it's hard to betray family expectations, so it's difficult for people around me. I'm myself fine. Rock'n'roll and merry Christmas!

i tend to find the holidays a combination of both.
a healthy lifestyle should lead towards balance, where we experience both stress and enjoyment. stress as a motivator to act and enjoyment, the fruit of our actions. I start every day with prayer and meditation to set my compus to help maintain that healthy mix. recognizing life isn't all pure bliss helps put it all in perspective too that you're always gonna have the good with the bad.

No, it's never stressful, stress is something that you allow to happen.

I love the holidays with their stress and everything. There are ways that we can eliminate the stress of the holidays by planning and not overspending. Holidays should be enjoyable and relaxing. I am looking forward to Christmas!

It has been stressful.  I guess it's all this talk of the bad economy.  I can't help but worry about money and my spending.  That's no way to enjoy the holidays.
