my food was so delicious, i had baked ham and pork along with fried rice and chicken for lunch with shandy. For breakfast i had pepper pot with bread and hot chocolate tea, for dinner i had two slices of fruit cake and a bottle of shandy, yes and that's a lot of eating, lol
Turkey with stuffing and cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, turnips mashed with butter and brown sugar, glazed carrots, brussel sprouts and nice little dinner rolls. Was a nice feast.
Mushrooms stuffed with crab meat, prime rib with caramelized onions and red peppers, baked ham with pineapple, deviled eggs, green beans, buttered corn, crescent rolls, cole slaw, apple pie, blueberry pie and assorted candies. Yum!
We had a ham with pineapple and brown sugar glaze, with pineapple slices & cherries. The sides were scalloped potatoes, green bean casserole and biscuits with cranberry cheese cake for dessert. Sweeet!

I had rice (but then that's what every nigerian eats on Christmas day). I had fried rice and chicken, with mixed fruit cakes and non-alcoholic wine. It was good though.
Baked ham with cloves, gorgeous moist turkey with stuffing and apple. We also had brussel sprouts in cream and nuts, home-roasted parsnips and roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, carrots in honey, butter, cinammon and nutmeg.
Dessert was a homemade Mint Aero cheesecake and we drank Shloer Wonderful!
On Christmas day we went to church then came home and had dinner around 2:00pm.
