    Something with a locket where she can put a picture of her precious new baby e.g a chain with locket. Or better still present her with the locket with a picture of her new baby in it and she will not be able to thank you enough.

    If she's someone you're very close with, (and if your budget permits), SLR, digicams, videocams are great gifts. Otherwise, you can give her a nice blouse, a gift certificate to spa/salon, or stuff for her baby.
