What should I give my mom on Mother's Day?

My mom has stroke. She could hardly walk. She has a wheel chair and walking cane. Doesn't go out at all because fear she may fall and food is restricted too. Now, what should I give my mom on Mother's Day? Any ideas?

Get her a nice walking cane, something to help her move around. A food that she is allowed but rarely has. Flowers. Bring her a new movie, a new task to keep her busy since she remains inside all day. It could be a puzzle, a new sewing pattern, etc.

oh yes ! Good idea. Puzzle would be nice. She is not allowed to go out. My dad and bro refused to.

Does she enjoy music or reading, peachpurple? You could get her either a music CD or audio book. You could always make her something with your own hands - nothing says love like a gift from the heart made by you.

she loves music, beatles etc. I did burn the audio into a cd and gave it to her. She had a cd radio and listen to it once only. My bro doesn't approve her listen to song so he kept the cd and radio. Kind of sad, isn't it?

Give her a tape recorder and join the Audio Book Club so that she can hear books read to her whenever she likes and what she likes to hear.

Better yet, go read her some books yourself or if you have grandchildren let them read her some books.  They will earn and she will love it.

you should give her all the laughs, love, and life that you have to give.
she will then see just what a wonderful job she did with you.
and you will see the wonderful person she still is.

Plan your schedule so you can spend some quality time with her. Most likely she will appreciate that more than any other gift she receives on Mother's Day.Give her an extra hug from HubLand.

Draw a picture to show how much you love her. Or you can express in words to let her know that she means so much to you.

On Mother's day, it is not necessary needed to be a gift. My children tend to express the most touching words with their drawings to shower my wife. I believe this will be the best gift ever.

I think i should ask my little boy to draw for her. She would appreciated kid's drawing rather than adults.
