How do they celebrate Christmas where you live?
I have been in different countries in December, and Christmas is very different in all of them.
From the blatant commercialism of the US to the pagentry, endless noisemaking and all out crazyness of Colombia to the mild curiosity in China.
It varies so much around the world.
What is Xmas where you live, or will be?
Here in West Australia, its hot on Christmas day so we take our barbeque to the beach to cool off following a morning around the tree unwrapping our presents.
Its a nice way to relax and unwind with family and friends after the hectic build up.

Why do you celebrate Christmas?I have noticed that the stores are stocking up on Christmas goodies. Tis the season to start seriously thinking about money, and debt and presents right? Do you feel obligated to give gifts? Are you stressing or celebrating around Christmas time?

What are you celebrating this time of year? Christmas? Hanukkah? Yule? Kwanza? Saturnalia?If you're celebrating, that is. . . Nothing wrong with December just being another month!
