I try to make New Year's resolutions that I believe I can keep. When I set my goal, it is with the intention of sticking with it, however, sometimes this is easier said than done.
Absolutely ......NOT! It starts out with good intentions and than my ADHD comes up with some new plan..haha
NO. My memory is so bad I've usually forgotten what resolutions I made within a week. Lol
Sometimes. I stick to half of them. The other half just falls off. Mostly because I forget I even picked them as New Years resolutions.
I rarely do, but this year, my resolutions are actually valuable so I really think I will. I will only benefit if I stick to them!
No. Life gets busy and I forget what it was or it seems unattainable. I hate resolutions.
I never have before. Normally it won't last more than a week. I found telling myself that I need to do something doesn't work as well as just taking baby steps toward changing my lifestyle.
