When do you take down your Halloween decorations?

    When do you take down your Halloween decorations?

    Do you start to remove them the day after Halloween or do you leave them up for a while?

    We usually decorate with Halloween decorations on Halloween itself then take them down the next day. This year I put them up two days before and have only just taken them down. Although I put up some blue lights and kept them there - they look lovely and it's getting me in the mood for Christmas now!

    I take down the Halloween decorations as soon as the last trick or treater leaves the porch.

    The day after. Otherwise, it looks foolish. The Halloween season is over, so the decorations go.

    I still haven't moved them because I don't want Halloween to be over. But I'm packing them away tomorrow. It's time for Thanksgiving to shine!

    I don't think many people have Halloween decorations in the UK. We have the costumes though. It doesn't surprise me that the "consumer nation" has found another way to make money out of holidays though!
