    (6) Sleepy Hollow.

    (9) The Fall of the House of Usher.
    (10) Hound of the Baskervilles.

    Hocus Pocus!  I don't really like scary stuff so I try to focus on the more fun parts of Halloween.

    So hard to choose, but I'll have to go with Hocus Pocus! I like horror Halloween movies too, but Hocus Pocus just captures such a quintessential autumn & Halloween feeling.

    Trick r Treat (as I see someone else mentioned) is also really good at that, at portraying the sense of mystery and magic and fright and potential for danger in this one night. It's an excellent movie.
