Buying gifts for this generations technologically minded is not as easy as you would hope. People are becoming so technologically savvy and dependant these days that almost everyone likes a techie gadget, but the price can add up - especially if you are an Apple user. Apple Mac or Macbook users tend to be very into their products, due to the price an Apple product is an investment and you often wish to get other gadgets to go with the items you have, plus Apple have made it so their products aren't often compatible with other brand items, meaning you have to buy other Apple items.

10. Apple External Superdrive

While CD’s are slowly becoming a thing of the past, Apple have got rid of CD drives in their newer MacBooks and the even newer Mac Pro, this may make the computers look sleek and make them lighter but sometimes you just need a CD drive! This is where the Apple External Superdrive comes in. Simple but beautiful, this CD and DVD reader/writer is ideal for those times when you need to burn a DVD or rip some music to iTunes. Most of us have an MP3 player of some sort and don't always want to buy MP3 files, especially when we already have the album on CD, so we need to rip them from the CD and for that you need a CD drive. So this is useful for anyone who has a MP3 device or for those needing to burn files, photos or documents to a CD/DVD

That's all folks

So that is all our top gift idea tips for a Mac or Macbook user. If you have to buy a gift for your brother, father, hubby, boyfriend, sister, Mum, Wife, Daughter or Son, I promise you if they are an Apple computer user they will love any of these items.

If you have other family you need to buy gifts for, and they aren't Apple users maybe they will fit into one of my other gift guides below!

Hello teaches12345 GET A MAC!!!! Lol! honestly it was the best decision we ever made, we saved to get one 4.5 years ago, £800 was a lot of money to us, but we really needed something more reliable after going through 3 Acers in as many years, especially as we both work so much on a computer, and 4.5 years on we still have the same one (mine! using it now and have used it almost every day since buying it) it has never had an issue, a bug or crashed! We now have a 17inch too and Jon currently has a Mac display as well

Currently, I own a PC but my hubby is looking at a mac as our next purchase when we need a new computer. They have come a long way in building this product. Great suggestions for the holiday gift givers associated with this product.

Hey @Billybuc I am fine this Wednesday, but it is early evening now in Bath where I am at the moment. Me and the hubby are Mac users after buying our first 5 years ago and we could never go back to Windows now. Apple stuff is just far more reliable. Merry Christmas though if I do't speak to you before.
