Keep your Christmas skinnier with Skinnygirl Cocktails

Updated on August 10, 2013

Counting calories? Skinny Girl cocktails to the rescue!

Looking to fit into that bikini this summer? Or just interested in losing some weight? Read on:

I'm currently on Weight Watchers (PointsPlus plan) so every single point counts which is why I turned to Skinny Girl Cocktails for my Christmas beverages. The Christmas holiday season offers many chances for get togethers (not to mention New Year's Eve) so why not lighten the spirit (pun intended) by bringing along some Skinny Girl cocktails to a party?

Skinnygirl cocktails are delicious alcoholic cocktails (are there any other kinds?!) allow me to have one or two drinks when i want and I get to remain guiltfree! Where a regular Margarita can come in around 450 calories for an 8 ounce glass, a Skinnygirl Margarita comes in right around two hundred calories for a cocktail of the same size. That's a win-win situation for any diet.

Skinnygirl cocktails would be a perfect Valentine's Day gift for anybody who is interested in losing weight. Set a pretty Valentine's Day table, serve a nice light dinner and supply plenty of Skinny Girl cocktails.

Come along and see what other Skinnygirl cocktails are on the market (here's a hint, you'll find Skinny Girl Margarita, Skinny Girl Sangria, and other wonderful cocktail information). You can even order them right from this Squidoo article but (!), your state must allow alcohol to be shipped to your address.

Update 6/26/12: This news article proves that Skinnygirl cocktails have cornered a market. Skinnygirl is reported to be the fastest growing liquor brand - MSNBC reports on Skinnygirl cocktails.

Update 6/27/12: Skinnygirl Vodka is here. Scroll down to see the Skinnygirl Vodka Bare Naked, Skinnygirl Vodka Tangerine, Skinnygirl Vodka Cucumber or Island Coconut! Ooooh...the summer is going to be delicious! Any of these Skinnygirl cocktails would make a marvelous addition to a 4th of July picnic, a birthday basket or even a Christmas present!

Note: All Skinnygirl Products have no protein and no fat grams. So, while these cocktails aren't exactly good for you, they're not bad either. And, as you peruse this page, in blue boxes you will find that Skinny Girl Cocktails Nutrition information. How's that for handy?!

Skinnygirl California White Wine

These Skinny girl wines are a relatively new merchandise and are as delicious as any of the other Skinnygirl cocktails.

Skinnygirl White California 2011 750ML
Skinnygirl White California 2011 750ML

The California White Wine shown here is my favorite although it tends to be just a bit sweet. I prefer a drier wine but, if you like a sweeter flavor, this will be the one for you.

Skinnygirl peach marguerita!

Oh, yum! I tried this last weekend - granted, I added more tequila....- and it was totally delicious. If you love peach (think fuzzy navels), you'll love this Skinny Girl Peach Marguerita! Add a red and green garnish, such as a slice or blood orange and a sprig of mint to make this Skinny girl marguerita into a Christmas beverage.

For a refreshing twist, add a shot of Skinny Girl Peach Margarita right into a glass of Skinny Girl Chardonnay.

The perfect Christmas gift for the beginning bartender

This Mixology Starter Gift set contains everything the beginning bartender needs to make a delicious martini, old fashioned, or even open and serve a nice bottle of Skinny girl wine.

Skinnygirl Wines

As mentioned above, Skinnygirl wines are relatively new on the market so I haven't tried all of them but, given the quality of the other Skinnygirl merchandise, I'm betting they're pretty good.

Skinnygirl California Red Wine would be a perfect complement to chocolate covered strawberries!

Good idea. Most people don't realise that some alcoholic drinks pack in as much calories as your average meal! So you need to be careful what you drink if you are watching your waistline

My first thought was, "Aren't they the ones who make the ice cream sandwiches?" But that's Skinny Cow. HAH, yep, I've been a Weight Watcher, too. It's a great program if you stick with it. Sadly, sticking with things isn't one of my more wonderful points. These look like something I could stick with pretty easily, though. Perfect for those Friday afternoons that seem designed for a cocktail or eight ;)

The skinny girl cosmo is the correct color. The original cosmo is just a whisper of pink. People started adding more cranberry juice to make it more sweet but it's incorrect.

Not every girl is born skinny, and as we age those few extra pounds really like to cling to us, so skinnygirl cocktails are important for many of us. A tiny relaxer in the evening or at a social function can really be important to some of us ;)

I already opt for lite beer if I'm having beer, so might as well have Sinnygirl margaritas. The idea of margaritas without guilt sounds lovely.

@Scarlettohairy: I'll admit that I had NO idea who Bethenny was prior to writing this article but, now that I've delved deeper, I'm with ya! Doesn't mean I don't love the Skinnygirl cocktails though. They're winners.
