Is anyone lucky enough to have no "Zzzs" in their Idle Status?
Go ahead--brag a little! (Does it feel like school again?)
I only had one and I think it's definitely a title thing - it was a piece of creative writing. Trying to figure out how I might reword it or revamp it. Glad to only see one so far though!
I didn't have any. I don't think I have that many Hubs though and they're still mostly new. Maybe if I give it time they will turn to zzs. I'm not sure what the exact criteria for them is.
What the...?! What are they? Where did they come from?
Sheesh.
Well, I guess it's a kind of good idea, although, not really, because occasionally someone does read a hub that hasn't been read for a long time. I've no intention of removing the ones with Zzzzs just because HubPages is implying that they're boring. There's some good writing in those idling hubs - what would be achieved by the removal of them? At least they do have some chance of being seen if they're still published; not so if I take them off.
Something else to make us feel inadequate! Well, I'm not falling for it. I'll hub when I want to, and not when I don't, just as I've always done. I don't write for HubPages, I write for myself.
The only hubs I've removed are ones that I had recently decided to remove since I've collected them in a personal book. They weren't getting much traffic anyway. But for the rest, I'm gonna keep and update them. I do understand how Idle helps though.
I have never seen any ZZ's - what are they and where do they appear?
I was dorkishly excited to find I have no zzz's I'm going to work hard to ensure I never do as well!
It's not quite so easy when some of your hubs are two years old! But welcome to HubPages, and good luck with keeping all of your hubs featured I'm going to see if I can get rid of some of my Zzzs now!
Lady Wordsmith, I'm glad to see that with a little tweaking, the "Zzzs" go away nicely. This is especially the case with the ones composed prior to "Um, what is SEO!?"
I'll give it a little go, see if I can make my hubs 'vital' again Only a little go, mind!
Lady Wordsmith, I know - I think a few of my older hubs would have had an idle status if I hadn't have updates them as I learnt more about how HubPages works as part of the Apprenticeship team.
No zzzs now doesn't mean no zzzs in the future. Everyone will have to be more vigilant from now on, no one is safe!

We all know that we must keep our Articles fresh and up to date, right? Well, I'm sitting here staring at one of mine with the subject, "Idle Hubs". My problem is that for a while it managed to gather several thousand Views. But now, the whole Idle Hub scenario has been eliminated. SO, my...

Earlier today, all my hubs contained the "H" icon in the featured column, which means featured. Now two of my hubs have no icon at all, that space is completely empty. Does anyone know why?

Is it possible that, even when a Hub is in Idle Status, it could still be found on the Web and get views and thereby come out of Idle Status? I ask this because I was searching the Web on a subject and accidentally found a Hub and when I checked the Hubber's profile, this particular Hub was not...

So I've deleted all of the idled hubs so far and am wondering when I will have none left. I'm not going to edit anymore until I see some sort of improvement in traffic. Too much trouble for no results at all. With all of the scrapers and with HP's brilliant program I'll soon have...
