Most definitely not!!! This is unethical and as others have already said, it is a theft of intellectual property!

Absolutely not. It's dishonest writing, plain and simple.
No, definitely not... we would all like to make money from writing but you shouldn't plagiarise someone else's work --- it's theft!
Well if you're using it to re-write your own article, I see no problem with it. If you're using it to spin someone else's work, then I'd think there are some ethical issues.

Is the existing article yours? I have done this to my own work. I do not agree that it is right to use someone else's work.
NO. It's theft. We writers work hard for our words and I don't care who is "spinning" what, it's not okay.
Both unethical and pointless. Badly spun articles have zero benefit nowadays.
