    I want to speak better anyone know of any good books that can help?

    What application of speech do you mean?  Grammar, pronunciation or articulation?

    Generally, the best way to improve speech is to stop using any slang words and phrases, and to think about how each word is formed, avoid dropping Hs, except in cases where it is valid, as in hotel, it can be pronounced either way.  Don't use the glottal stop.  These few things will improve your speech.  Do not try to imitate BBC English, or Hollywood English, your accent will be fine.
