I would have to say that the best Superhero is Batman.  When you think about it, he doesn't necessarily have super powers rather amazing skills.  Batman also has the advantage of not having a power crippling weakness.  Superman has his kryptonite.  Wolverine is useless around magnetic forces.  What happens when Wonderwoman loses her whip or bracelets?

Batmans greatest weakness is the same that every Superhero has and that is his humanity and his family.

frogget_ba has a good answer.  Batman is at least one of the best.  I would disqualify Spiderman because of his constant teen-age angst.

My favorite super hero has always been Batman because I could relate to him the most.  He doesn't have any magically abilities that makes him great, his mental toughness and cool gadgets make him a superhero.  Never been a big fan of superman, especially since seeing the latest Superman movie.

Overall, probably Superman.  Although his powers make him nearly invincible, the story of a lonely alien hidden amongst us on earth resonates, as demonstrated by multiple movies and television shows starring the Man of Steel.  I am a fan of many comic heroes including Batman, Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, the X-Men and many more.  Personal favorites along the way have also been Warlock, Deadman, Metamorpho, and the Doom Patrol.  But, our strange visitor from another planet with powers and abilities far beyond those of mortal men probably is number on3.

I think the best super hero is "Storm" of the X-Men.  If you have followed the X-Men comics, Storm finds out that she is nothing short of a goddess after the Omicron Crystal sequence.
Yes, I use to read comic books a lot!

i would say Superman because he has almost every power wind, laser eyes, super strength, flying, and all he has to do is go up to the sun to recharge!
