how do write a apologies letter?
i am working in one of the big hospital.the last weak i made some problem in my location, but i did this job good otherwise my supervisor warning to me this is last and first nest you do this i reject me.
Be direct with your apology and they alone will know if it's sincere.

Thank them for taking the time to read and end with I hope you can forgive me. Make it as short and simple as possible. Be sincere, and allow your emotions to show on paper
