According to what I've found, if you are speaking of the name Tania, the translation would be this:

Read from right to left, that would be Tehth, Nun, Yod (the really small letter that looks like it's part of Nun), and He.
I don't know where the vowel points would be placed if you wanted to use them, but then again, they are not actually necessary.
