How to use relaxation as a conduit for creativity?
Before you wake up, take in five short breaths, hold for five seconds, and let out for five seconds. Do this five times before you even open your eyes or stretch. Then note the first things that come to your mind, memories, scents, anything. Get up and draw those things, write them, dance them, or play music to express them, then set them aside. When your day's done, go back to what you did in the morning, and enjoy it.

Are children more sensitive to paranormal activity?Or, are they simply more aware of their conscious activity presuming they have compared to an adult less sub-conscious activity.

Does anyone else struggle with sleeping?I personally believe that there is some correlation between sleep issues and creativity, what do you think?
