How did you kick the habit? How do you nurture a good habit?
We are creatures of habit, bad and good. My latest passion, is writing. I guess that can be both bad and good.
Kicking the habit
Years of smoking finally caught up with my friend John one morning when he keeled over at work, clutching his heart. He was rushed to a hospital and peppered with questions.
"Do you smoke?" asked a paramedic.
"No," John whispered. "I quit."
"That"s good. When did you quit?"
this is an example of an answer to both questions. How am I doing?
It was difficult to stop smoking.
First time I tried 20 years ago.As time passed by I started again, stopped and started...
Finally, I used my acupuncture knowledge on myself and stopped years ago.
When my father passed away I restarted smoking.
Stopped smoking two weeks ago.It may last.Time will give the answer.
I like writing and enjoy it since I was a small boy. When you like something it is natural and good habit, I think, nurtures you!
