How to prevent scanned pages from becoming sideways in pdf?
When scanning multiple sheets into pdf, some sheets occasionally come out sideways (landscape). How can this be prevented? I scan packages of 25 to 40 sheets into one pdf document, which are printed by clients.
When a sheet becomes sideways in the end result, they have to print in three steps: before the landscape page, the landscape page itself (after rotating 90 degrees), and finally the remainder after the landscape page.
There is nothing particularly different about the pages that get landscaped.
I'm not sure how to prevent it, but my Adobe Reader usually has the option of simply turning it.
Have you looked on the Adobe website? Most have forums where you can ask the 'specialists' for help. They may have already encountered that problem.
I replaced my HP with a Brother. I no longer have this problem. It was apparently unique to HP, or else Adobe patched the problem.

I'm having a terrible time posting images to my hubs. The capsule keeps changing the orientation to landscape when I upload my images. How do I either upload as portrait or change my images to portrait after I upload them?

What is the meaning of the sideways cross necklace that everyone seems to be wearing?Celebrities from Selena Gomez and JLo all seem to be on this fashion trend in jewelry. Why sideways? Does it mean something or is it just a new take on the cross?
