What specifically can be regarded as truly being a Poem of Hope?
Please Define the term and what it should represent to a new reader.
Out of the night that covers me,
Black as the Pit from pole to pole,
I thank whatever gods may be
For my unconquerable soul.
In the fell clutch of circumstance
I have not winced nor cried aloud.
Under the bludgeonings of chance
My head is bloody, but unbowed.
Beyond this place of wrath and tears
Looms but the Horror of the shade,
And yet the menace of the years
Finds, and shall find, me unafraid.
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.
William Ernest Henley
Hope is what keeps us believing in God or believing in a higher power and trusting in what we call faith. My life experiences have been many sad trials of good and evil. I trust in God to be my only way to make the correct choices. We can be hope for many other people needing someone to guide them to there destination . Most of us walk around blind of whats really happening. My poem of hope to all readers is the love poem we speak to those around us everyday!
Now I lay me down to sleep I pray thy lord my soul to keep!
A person would write generally about someone or something for which they have an expectation...as in the poem below, she share's that although she has faced much adversity, the person continue's to hold their head up with a feeling of hope that thing's will get better, with perserverance...look for the "silver lining" ...etc.,
A poem of hope is one with a positive message of perseverance and reward for the journey. Even the impossible is possible. With your belief in God, all things are possible to those who believe.

There is no Atheist text. This ensures Atheists can't manipulate the ambiguous writings from 2,000 - 3,000 years ago to justify their actions. As far as I am aware, no one has committed mass murder in there name of there being no God.The vast majority of modern religions have had countless atrocities...
