If you could be remembered for one thing, what would it be?
I would like to be remembered as on who encouraged people. Compliments are easier than criticism and everyone like to be encouraged.
I think it's what I will be remembered for - the guy who thought a lot about what he'd said, and meant every single word of it.
Taking special care of animals. From amphibian to reptile to fin to mammals..
I would like to be remembered for being truly kind and compassionate to people - not just "nice" because nice is sometimes phony, but truly kind.
My very first thought was..........feeding others.
Then came:
growing food
encouraging
understanding
forgiveness
giving the benefit of the doubt
speaking my mind
frugalness
time management
creativity
rearing my children
It came back to " feeding others"..........we ALL must eat!
There is no distinction in the classes or the religions, the haves or the have nots.........we ALL must eat.
This is the one thing that I do well..............feed the hungry.
I have made it known to my family.........do not bury me, give my body to science.........but if they wish a memorial, let it be said.............no one around me went to bed hungry.
a great mother, a good cook and a truly inspiring writer!

For serving my Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, with my life, totally surrendered to Him. That is the best thing I can, and want to do with my life!
My loyalty to my family and friends. This is of paramount importance to me, and sees me giving a helping hand when I can to make their day and life a little easier.
Maybe for my sense of humor, someone who's reliable and helpful.
One thing huh?...
I guess it would be for helping out my fellow man no matter our differences.
I want to be remembered as a good mother and girlfriend (eventually wife) who never gave up on her family, no matter what it cost.
I hope I am remembered for being a good father, a good friend and for being kind to those who truly needed it...W
for making the world a better place by giving young people a word of encouragement, a dream in their heart, a belief in themselves when I speak with them.
I would want to be remembered as someone who uplifted others.
teaching others to place more importance on working on their inner self than on having all the latest gadgets, wearing brand labels etc. I would love to help more people to feel good about who they are inside. I believe this is the answer to changing our world for the better
No need to be remembered. Life in itself is enough. Why you wanted to be remembered. Simply fall in love with life that is more than enough.
A Godly man that has dedicated his life to teaching others of the glorious life a true believer has in store, now and forever! When I stand in front of God for the first time I want him to remember me for bring lost soles to know his love and compassion.
It's hard to list just one thing but I will give this a try.
My music. I love music and I get pleasure seeing people
on the dance floor having a good time when
I am DJ Wonder Woman.
I would like to be remembered for: "wearing my Smile in times of pain and hardship!"
If its only one thing then I would like to remembered for my "Passion for life"
I'd love to be remembered as being a cheerful and goodhearted person, because that is what I'm trying to do all my life.
i would like to be remembered for my bald head and my collection of w. c. fields dolls.
If I could be remembered for one thing, I would want it to be my passion. Everything I've done, whether it is work, school, voluntary work, daily life, relationships, regardless, I've always given 120%. I was raised in the understanding that you give your all, and then some, and nothing less.
If I could be remembered for one thing it would be that I was an honest person who contributed to the community.
Putting an end to war! I want to be remembered for something that will go back in history and everyone can read about it!
As of now i feel i have to do really something to be remembered...
I would want to be remembered for faith, love, and integrity.
I would want to be remembered for shouting "I am proud to be a gay guy" in the mall....even though it is very obvious that I am a woman.
Haha! That's probably a strange answer, especially compared to all the wonderful and thoughtful answers this question has gotten so far. But I really feel like that one action spoke a lot towards my character, and my character is what I want to be remembered for.
Really simple....For that woman who didn't get her ass kicked by Bipolar Disorder, proving how life could be even more fullfilling because of it!
SOMEONE one can always rest his/her back and be sure that I will always be there to support, lift and encourage.
I would hope that my friends and family would remember me as a kind and loving person.
Leaving the world in better condition than when I entered it.
I want to be remember for something that no one else has ever been remembered for, what that is, I have no idea.
Being a good mum to my kids, for being there for them and getting them through this life the best i can. x
Someone who is tolerant of and non-judgmental about the other beings on earth//irrespective of cast, creed, race, species.
***She is still alive!***
They say that my answer is too short!!
Maybe life is too short.
He was a tryer in everything he attempted. Good at most things and always had the best interests of his family at heart.
The one who overcame many obstacles and had the courage to write about it!
I know there are many but the one thing for what i will be remembered is my my caring and loving nature
I think it will be the great love i share with people, that will never die!!!
I would want people to remember seeing Christ in me through my actions.

I once read an analogy that described loving someone versus being in love with them. It read that loving someone was like going to the beach, admiring the view, but never going in the water. Conversely, being in love was like diving head first into the water, letting the waves crash against your...
