Can a thank you or"great Hub" make your day as a writer?
How important is it to compliment other writers?
You know...it really is a good feeling to receive a thank you or other compliments for my hubs, yet I do not write just to get compliments. I write because it is a great passion of mine. I like to give other writers at HP compliments on the hubs I really enjoy, to let them know their writing is appreciated and interesting.
As a new member to Hub Pages, I was surprised and excited by the immediate positive feedback I received. So YES, it can make your day, plus it is motivational and supportive.
It made me feel welcomed and I think it also made me feel more comfortable exploring out into the Hub Community. I know that when I see someone else's work and effort, and it's good quality I am often likely to leave a response, here on Hub or otherwise.
it really makes a person quite good, inspire them to write more
it does feel good, especially if its from hubwriters that I admire a lot.
