Was I the only one that was depressed by the hunger games?
The Hunger Games made me so depressed after reading it, especially with the end of Mockingjay. I was surprised to find that most other people were okay with how the story ended, and the turns it took near the end. Personally, I found it just too depressing and downcast, and found myself in a funk for a few days afterwards. Am I the only one who felt this way?
I absolutely hated that book...and movie. What type of society are we that we enjoy reading a book where children fighting to the death is a sport?!
